Message from our Class President
We had a FAB-U-LOUS time at the 45th Reunion!
It started with Friday night's Pre-Party at the reunion's Sheraton Hotel. It was Karaoke Night. So, the entertainment was off-the-hook. Who knew Dion could sing!!! About 35+ of us were there and we closed the place down.
Saturday's dinner dance was also a really great night. Debbie did a fabulous job decorating and dressing up what was already a very elegant setting. Candelabras - can you dig it? The food was really, really, good. "Best DJ we've ever had.", were the comments we heard about the music. Although at times it was a little too loud for these senior ears.
Look for a few "Group Table Shots" on our web and Facebook sites, that we have of seating groups in our Photo Booth. Perhaps you'll also get to see some photos that other classmates took and shared with us. Our photographer also took some shots of the surrounding sights and activities. I'm hoping you get to see the very touching tribute display we had to honor those classmates that are no longer with us.
On Sunday morning quite a few of us met in the hotel restaurant for a very tasty buffet breakfast, including custom-made omelets. All in all, we had a great turn out all weekend and everyone commented on how good a time they had.
So, you have to make our 50th. We're getting input from everyone that clicks on the following link to help us decide when, where, and what we should do. It's going to be the best reunion ever! 2019 - plan on it!
We hope that everyone had a good time, and made it home safely, still enjoying the time we all had at the Reunion!
We've prepared a photo album containing all the photos taken by Kristin, our photographer. While these have all been posted to the Facebook group, we hope that the following online album provides an easy to use link for finding these photos quickly in a location that will be preserved. You may rate and comment on these photos on our website. We also created a special section: "Gone but not Forgotten -- Individual Portraits", where you can see the Yearbook photos of those featured in the Gone but not Forgotten display at the Reunion.
